Changes To Postage
We are going to trial a new postage system on our webstore. Previously we had $9.95 Flat Rate Express postage - to anywhere in Australia.
So we are now going to trial a new set of postage charges. You can now choose Regular or Express for yourself at checkout and the cart will charge you for a small or large satchel based on the amount of products you are ordering.
We hope this method will be more suitable to our customers and we will see how it goes for a few weeks, if it doesn't prove popular we will switch back to flat rate. Please let us know what you think :D

Christmas Clearance On Now!
In the new year all our products are having a make-over so I want to clear-out some of the masses of stock I have here.
All bars of soap will be reduced to just $4 each, lip balms $4 each, Healing/Baby Balm $12 each. Bamboo washers/wipes back instock, lots of new body and bath products and pre-made gift packs.
There will also be some fantastic 'Grab Bags' of soap - these are the ones that aren't good enough to sell at full price so they will be going out REALLY cheap.

Markets Tomorrow
Don't forget that we will be at the Chandler Markets tomorrow from 6am - 1pm. Please cross your fingers (and toes) that the weather will be more forgiving tomorrow. I hope that if you are in Brisbane you can make, we have lots of new products tomorrow including body scrubs, lotions, shea balms, body mists and more soap!
Lastly, don't forget we will be there tomorrow Saturday NOT the regular Sunday markets.
Todays Soap Porn!
I have been really behind in actually making soap since the weather has been soooo humid and I have been preparing for markets. Did you know that I am doing 4 markets in a 2 1/2week period? WOW!
So today is my last kid-free day until February next year as DS1 finishes prep this week and all 3 kids will be home with me until the end of January so I thought I should take advantage of this and whip up some yummy soaps while I have the chance.
The 2 on the left are Oats, Goats & Honey (with added little chunks of plain Goat Soap), the one second from the right is just plain Goat Soap and the one on the right is some more Down To Earth. I am really loving Down To Earth, its Goat Soap with lots of chunks of natural soap that contain only essential oils, natural colours and/or clays. I can't actually tell you what is in the 'chunks' as they were made by a local lady who owns a shop in Brissie selling natural and organic products. So I bought a little bag of her scraps to throw in my soap and it just smells devine! I will upload these soaps now on the website, I have gotten a bit behind on updating the store with new soaps and I do apologise but I will have more up there over the next couple days.

Most of our soaps are between 100 - 130g each. I am contemplating making them BIGGER! I am thinking between 130 - 150g each - what do you think?
Market Day
The first Saturday Markets for December ended up being a bit of a flop. It seems not many people knew that they were running on Saturdays aswell. Oh well, we still made a sales considering the place was like a ghost town so hoping that more people will come this Saturday 12th. We may also be at the Twilight Markets (Chandler again) on the 23rd from 4-9pm so I will let you know as soon as I find out if we are going.We will be hosting our first online Market Day starting today at 12pm. LOTS of bargains! It will run from 12pm today until 9pm tonight. If you miss out thats ok, we will be having more online Market Days ;)

Upcoming Markets
This Saturday 5th December we will be at the Chandler Markets in Brisbane, as well as the following 2 Saturdays 12th and 19th. This means that December is full on for us, no resting here! I do hope that the weather is good and not too humid - hot humid weather and I don't mix well at all...
For everyone who can make it up to the markets one of these weekends, we will be having lots of new products and great specials. Checking out our range in person is fantastic as you get to touch and smell everything and even look at our 'UGLY BASKET'. But for those who can't we will still be having some great deals on this month so don't worry about missing out on anything ;)
